Delivery areas
LouLouTech delivers to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Australia. Some products are only available for certain destinations; the available countries are shown on the product page and at checkout.
Shipping costs
- France and European Union: standard shipping is free for most products.
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States and Australia: shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.
- Bulky products: some large items have specific shipping costs, always displayed before you confirm your order.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery: delivery times are shown on each product page. They vary depending on the product, the destination country and the carrier.
Some products are shipped directly by our logistics partners from warehouses located in Europe, Asia, the United States or Australia. If your order contains several items, you may receive several parcels.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It may take a few days for tracking to become active.
Duties and taxes
No additional customs duties are charged to the customer for deliveries within the European Union. For the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Australia, local taxes (VAT, GST) or import duties may apply depending on the product; where they are calculated at checkout, they are displayed before you confirm your order.
Damaged, lost or delayed parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, has not arrived within the announced time, or an item is missing, contact us at contact@louloutech.com with your order number. We will find a solution quickly.
