General Terms of Sale

1. Seller

The website louloutech.com is operated by LUXVIE, a single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with share capital of €5,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 941 429 938 (SIRET 941 429 938 00025), with its registered office at 50 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France (hereinafter "LouLouTech").

2. Scope

These general terms of sale apply to any order placed on louloutech.com by a consumer. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

3. Products

The main characteristics of the products are presented on each product page. Photos are not contractual; slight differences in colour or appearance may exist. Offers are valid while stocks last.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, or in US or Australian dollars depending on the delivery country. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Any shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. LouLouTech reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.

5. Order

The customer selects the products, checks the contents of the cart, enters their details and confirms payment. A confirmation email summarising the order is then sent. LouLouTech may cancel an order in the event of a payment problem, product unavailability or a prior dispute with the customer; the customer is then fully refunded.

6. Payment

Payment is made online using the payment methods offered at checkout (bank card and other displayed solutions). Transactions are secured and encrypted; LouLouTech does not have access to the customer's full banking details.

7. Delivery

LouLouTech delivers to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Australia. Delivery areas, costs and times are set out in our shipping policy. In the event of a significant delay, or a lost or damaged parcel, the customer may contact LouLouTech at contact@louloutech.com.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the consumer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason, where this right applies. LouLouTech also grants a commercial return period of 30 days. The details are set out in our refund policy. The refund is made no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of its dispatch.

9. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), for 2 years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the case of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer may obtain its repair or replacement or, failing that, a refund.

10. Liability

Products must be used in accordance with their instructions. LouLouTech cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product. Use of a product with an animal takes place under the supervision of its owner.

11. Personal data

The data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

12. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, please contact us first at contact@louloutech.com. In the event of an unresolved dispute, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge or the European online dispute resolution platform.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules applicable to the consumer in their country of residence.
